Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions of use are an agreement between White Oaks Resort & Spa and you. Your use of the site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event we modify an order attempts to notify you will be made via the contact information you have provided. 

All fees are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to 13% HST tax. Some items require an 18% gratuity and will be clearly marked in the checkout process. 

On occasion there be may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, promotions, or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or pricing and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is in accurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Some products may not be exactly as they appear on the site. Changes/substitutions may be necessary due to season and availability. 

You are solely responsible for maintaining your account information. You must notify us immediately in the event of any known or suspected breach of security known to you. 

Refunds:
There are no items on the site that are refundable or exchangeable. All sales on this site are final.
