To share that idealogy even further, our e-shop offers products and services to spread what it’s like to be wowed by White Oaks. You can buy a gift and have it shipped to a friend, or send a treat to someone you know that is planning to stay with us. Customer Service Questions
+ - Can I get wine or flowers with home delivery
Wine, flowers, snack and other items marked as in-room, can only be delivered to a room at White Oaks. For smooth room delivery of these items, you should know the name of guest and expected arrival date.
+ - How Do I Get Spa Gift Certificates
Resort Gift Cards can be used for most items at White Oaks, including The Spa. For Spa gift certificates for a specific Spa Treatment (ie 75 Minute Hot Stone Massage), we offer email delivery only certificates from The Spa booking website.
Hard copy Spa specific treatment Gift Certificates can be purchased in person at The Spa.
+ - Can I return an Item
The White Oaks shop does not accept any returns. All orders are non-refundable and final.
+ - When Will I get My Item
We use flat rate shipping via FedEx which gives a typical delivery timeline of 3-5 days, but that can vary based on distance and peak mail periods. If your item is an event ticket for pickup, it will be ready on the day of the event.
+ - White Oaks Rewards
White Oaks Rewards points members who wish to have their points applied to an online purchase must call 1-800-263-5766, ask for reservations, and provide your order number.
